I purchased it without power (spun bearings) so I purchased a crate 454 425 HO. It had gil dry exhaust, I plan I reusing them. I basically have to go over everything. Powder coat exhaust, new transom assembly, K-planes are going on. Rear seat needs to be totally rebuilt. etc. I'm taking lots of pictures. Sanded down the outdrive, etching primer, then epoxy primer than enamel. Just finished that. Hopefully fiberglass work will be complete in a week or 2.

Nice, take lots of pics. I like looking at 24 outlaw and 240 makeovers knowing mine is going to need one soon.

Do you plan on adding stringers or bulkheads? Or doing anything to the cabin?
