Can you post a pic of it as well, just to confirm I am thinking of the same boat seat. THX. From what I understand it would basically bolt right up to my 40, right?

Talked this one over with Lane, and Bev Carlisle. Lane designed the interiors in Bajas from 88' to 08' and Bev ran the sewing department at Baja for over 23 years.

They say the dimension fore, and aft is longer on the 40 than the 36 so it would be to small to fit your boat.
