Baja Fuel Sender resistance? New gauge problems..
SubscribeDoes anyone know what resistance sender Baja used on my 94 272?
I installed all my gauges last night, and all of them work except fuel, and my old fuel gauge worked, so I know the sender is good. My question is did Baja use 0-90ohm senders or 33-240ohm?
When I turn the key on the gauge buries itself in empty, and I know for a fact my gauge is 33-240 according to livorsi, so I am thinking the factory fuel sender that Baja used was 0-90ohm.
I am assuming the sender is 0-90ohm, I had 1/4 tank of fuel which would be approx 22ohm, and well 22ohm on a 33-240ohm scale would be well below E which is 33ohm
Any help would be appreciative!
Thanks

nope, the old gauge worked 2 seconds before I snipped the wires... no problems. I checked everything, even the ground at the sender for resistance, all is good!
