Sounds good, I may be doing a little more testing myself. Depends on if my parts come in tomorow.

what tabs do you have, what prop a 27 or 28 p? sounds good 80 at 5500 but I bet if you can use a 1050 carb you may find more I change my 850BG to a nickerson 1050 had a good gain I used the same intake with a 1050 spacer. were your tabs even with the bottom of your hull mine are 380s Kplanes set 1/2 or 3/4 '' from bottom ran fine at wfo if you look at pics there not real touching water at 75 to 85 tabs or k planes are good in rough water well keep us posted not sure whats up with my 24 working on the 28.

THANKS I sure would like to know what happened to the guy from germany who had the 25ol 05 last time he posted he was at 87 or 89 with a merc 600 imco 3'' raised box and a 1'' spacer added to the 2'' shortie = 4'' above stock. good luck with yours if I have a left over 1050 maybe in the fall you could try it if your hitting a wall I saw a different going from my bg 850 to nickerson 1050. I have the spacer plate to you could just pop on the 1050 for a day I know what size jets I used its all writen down some where. not sure whats going to happen to my baja it would be fun to finish the bulkheads set it up to kick azz in p6 racing. but Sabers going together next week big motor is finally going on dyno. good luck

That sounds normal, it is really hard to make them run fast. Next time you are at the Kaskaskia let me know. I will not be back for a few weeks.

Im a little upset at mine.
Just rebuilt 547 CI n/a 630Hp(dynoed) in my 1989 23'5 Force and I can only hit 72.3mph GPS 5600Rpm 24" slightly labbed 4 blade.
Figured I would get 75mph easily.
Just bought a new carb, Im not expecting that to make much difference.
