I was kinda thinking about it, they would have to make a hell of a deal on it with that lay up cabin tho. Ive found that thoes are harder to move. If you want it Im going to leave it alone I dont want the seller getting all excited.

I really dont know what I want right now. I sold my 36 to go cat then I found out I have a little boy on the way so I think I should go with another big Vee.

cabin is the same issue here.

I think that will be a very hard boat to sell again.

WOW, The number they have on it is way off I think. My last boat had that cabin and I got very lucky moving it.

I like the cabin but most people want all the extras. Just keep me posted please.

trailer 14K to 17K I bought a new one for my 36 and that around what I paid.

Will do, I have a guy that wants mine, ( it was never for sale )but I want to know I will be happy with whatever I buy, and I still like my 36 alot sooooo,,,,,,

The boat is a LOTO boat, I have seen it numerous times on the lake but I do not personally know the owner. Call PBB talk to Brett, they are straight shooters... I believe the boat is a consignment boat. Because I have not physically seen it sitting there unless it is in one of the upper storage buildings.

As far as the interior, I wish we had the Poker Run Interior. Unless you plan on camping out in it, it would be MUCH better, no rattles, less to break and go wrong. Plus the weight would be much less for the boat.

But it almost seems as if the bed is mid cabin and may be even bigger then my V berth

It is.... That’s how my 36 was. There was a lot of room in the berth as well.


If you’re looking for a 40ft that you can sleep in I’m sure for the price they are asking you can find a OL with AC and shore power that may fit your needs.

The v berth is plenty big, there's a lot of storage up in
front of it.

If you count the couches as sleeping area, this
cabin loses out.

The tons of storage this cabin has is more benificial
to us than the the enclosed head and galley.

Been forsale since before I got my Cig there almost 2 years ago.
Was very clean then. Seemed very low hours take scan tool

Call PBB, there is a reason people list their boats with brokers... They generally do not want to deal with all the "tire kickers". Once the deal is for sure, the broker generally gets everyone together anyway. You could just go look at the boat as well...

If you like the boat, and are in a posotion to buy it, take the next step.

I did..... I would not be calling about the boat if I was a "tire kicker" the boat has been with the broker for two years Im told. Im just looking for the best deal I can get on the boat.

My understanding is the owner had been holding firm on the price for a LONG time and didn't want to just give it away.

I know if my boat was for sale for two years I would want to hear any offer out there. You know as well as I know a Baja is not going to go up in value.

I've called and email the broker and have not heard back from them so they are not pushing the sale anyway.

I have had one offer recently on the boat. It was considerably lower then the asking price of 99k that was just reduced from 139k. I have emailed the offer to the owner of the boat and am awaiting a reply.

I like that boat. It's clean. I love the extra bolsters. I would personally rather have the full cabin but I really like the twins instead of tripples. Only better wouldn't been to stagger that puppy.

What's it run with those 575's?

Why don't you go buy a cig, outerlimits or anything but the Baja. Seems you only want a Steal? As much as you are saying Baja boats are worth nothing, why would you even want such a POS worthless Item?

Oh and I heard a rumoor, Baja is being built by Fountain, but it is JUST a rumor?

Sorry to call you out, but man.... What really is the deal, if you want want a boat to sleep in, think the Baja's are worth nothing, and offer a low ball offer that was rejected, why even waste everyones time.

I looked at the boat Friday, It is in there buildings @ PBB, it is a nice boat, clean... Well worth the asking price in my opinion, but I LIKE BAJA'S! Oh, And I like the 40's but I am biased...

I'll bet when you sold your boat, you didn't just give it away either, or if you did, shame on you...

Dude, he wasn't knocking Baja's. By my count his last three (or maybe four) boats were Baja's. Just being realistic about the market, nothing wrong with trying to get a deal.

First of all let's get one thing clear I would never call Baja a POS. I love Baja’s I've had 6 already.

If you have to know why I'm looking at this Baja it is because I think it's a good time for me to stick with a deep vee. I sold my 36 to go cat then found out two days latter my wife and I are having our first child I'm 27 maybe time to slow down a little haha.

Now as far as your roomer.... "No ****" and we all know how well Fountain is doing which filed chapter 11 last year.....

I only made this post to see if I could find some info about this boat and get the best deal I could on it. If you did not look for a good deal when you bought your boat "shame on you" good luck on your resale.
If you don't want to help and only want to start **** get a life.

If this guy wants to move this boat its cool if not I really don't care if it sits for another two years.
