25 outlaw hp500 what prop?
 

I just bought a 98 25 ol with an hp500 carb motor and hydraulic steering. It came with a 27p mirage plus, i am running 64.9 turning 4600 rpm with this prop. I borrowed a
23p mirage plus and ran 68mph turnin 5200 rpm. Speeds are with a hand held gps. I have read on here people are gettin 71 or so with a labed 24p bravo 1. I am on the list to test one from b blades when one comes avaliable.
Was lookin to see if anyone has any suggestions or experience with this setup

I would try one of BBlades Mirage 25 3 blades with work done to it.....:drink: I've heard great results from increased cruising speeds and top end ......:ernaehrung004:

I would try a 25p mirage. Be sure to trim it up to get the speed. I would think you would see 69 or 70 on a good day with a 500HP. Are you in high elevation?

I run a 25p mirage plus that BBlades labbed. The prop made a huge difference all around on my boat.
