I am looking at a building here in Jupiter for about that price but it is 2400 sq ft on a 8K sq ft lot! :D Guy wants "around 400K" but the county values it at 177K. The 400K number was in 2005. It is concrete with 4 overhead doors in a good industrial area about 1/2 mile from the ICW waterway.

He has it loaded with crap, boats that haven't seen water in years, cargo trailers, garage junk from his house etc....He watches "antique hunter shows" and thinks those guys are coming to buy!
