Has anyone seen this boat before?

I'm no expert but that is not the origional 80s era Baja catamaran. Maybe TeamBaja or XT can chime in.....

I believe Baja and Caiman may have collaborated on the CAT- not sure.. Maybe one of the former employees will chim in. Cool looking boats. Here is a Caiman that was forsale at the first of the year.

I cant remember the details, but this boat seems to pop up on my screen every few years. Im thinking Ocean Express was involved with this project, Im sure Dave will chime in.

I do like the amazing graphics part in the ad. They are amazingly horrible.

It looks similar to a Mares cat.

Chit that add is hillarious. Homologated Brovo drives and a step down hull considered the finest for areo dynamic fabrication for speed and handling and Innovated running lights . Who could ask for anything more ?:)

Yep, Paul Everett ran around Lake Erie in the other one that was a single engine version often. The twin engine one was built for one of the Baja Dealer Meetings, but the major dealers that would offer the model said it needed to break 100 mph with that power, and the price was too high. Insurance was another issue at the time. The Baja dealers killed the project, in a nutshell.

Was Ocean Express involved in this or what that something else. I remember a thread about that somewhere.

Ocean Express built the race cats in the 80's like "Bandit" and a couple 33's and one 39' pleasure cat.

I think it's a good looking boat, but for that money you could buy a eliminator or spectre.

This is one out of the two...............
