Any ideas?

The only issue would be where to store while under way if the owner or passengers wanted it removed.

Anyone have any more pics of boats that have been converted to mid cabins? How about some pics of the actual conversion process?

It'd work jut like a skater or Outerlimits removable top. Pop it off and leave it in the truck bed , or run with it on. Cool idea.

It better be fastened down real well, wouldn't want to catch that in the face at 70 MPH!

Older post....but, very cool with an open bow!

I have been considering something like this also. Saw this one posted on Formula's website on owners boats. It is a 1985 242LS that he converted to a bow rider.

Saw a Wellcraft Nova III I believe that also had this done on Ebay, looked nice.

Yes, that would be awesome. I don't like the looks of open bow, but would be great to have the versatility. Having a sleek/close-to-flush glass cover would be a huge plus.
