any opinions about redoing a baja?

I recently bought my first baja boat. It is an 86 force 220 needs a little tlc but overall pretty good plus I got a decent deal, I think anyways ($2500) so first thing I did was wet sand and buff because it was extremely chalky lots of work but in the end it was worth it came out nice I have not done the top of the boat yet because I am up in the air about what to do with the railing the rail it self is nice but all the sanctions are pitted and nasty so should I just remove the bow rail and rail around the back deck I figure I can fill the holes and add a grab bar for the swim platform someone had the interior done however the last owner let it get mold all over now its stained intact even the places where there is no mold stains the only thing a I have found that can clean a non mold spot is goof off so needless to say I have some work to do but what do u think about the rails all the hardware that is nasty will be getting replaced thanks for the input ill post some pics ass soon as I figure out how also any thought on a different windshield/ wind screen

I wouldn't recommend using Goof Off on interior. Try using Magic Eraser. Avoid using anything like Acetone,Laquer Thinner it softens up the vinyl..Avoid getting bleach on the stitching it breaks the thread down.

I tried magic eraser but it didn't touch it I have tried bleach where there was no sticking but it didn't do anything either I am gonna end up re covering the seats its all white anyways it looks like a cheap job
Thanks for the advise
