The 340 is a great family/fishing boat. I have an 04 250 sportfish and it really is a good all around boat. My only regret is not getting a 340.

That is a ridiculously good price if it goes for under $35K

As far as CC's go it is a pretty nice boat. Not gonna break the sound barrier with 250's but still a good boat none the less.
