The real difference in 240 motor hatch and 24 ol hatch..
 

So tell me whats the difference in the motor hatches of a 240 sport and a like 92 outlaw. They are the same boat, I know that the hatches are a little different by the back seat. But how come a outlaw can have the hatch sit flush with the surrounding fiberglass, and the sports cant. I tryed to do it with sport, but I cant get it to sit flush cause when I open it, it hits the back and gets snagged and wont open.

hinge location/pivot?

It was the same hinge we used on the 25 Outlaw model.
