Is that the one that Baja made with Skater?
I wonder how many Bajas had #6s?

1. No.

2. There were a couple of 40's and a 36 that had 6's,

a couple of 40's and 4 35's w/NXT's that I know of.

The ONLY Baja that was ever built with steps. Nobody ever liked driving it....With two props turning one direction vs one prop the other, it tended to walk sideways at higher speeds.

it looks like a water pick up plumbed into the starboard tab. what happens when the tab is up, wouldn't it cause a loss of water pressure?

Those were for filling the ballast tanks.

Split Decision and a second 40 were built with 700s and NXTs. For the life of me I can't remember where that second 40 went. Maybe Texas? It was pretty well loaded but the customer did not spring for the 5 blade cleavers. It was set up for maximus props.

As for 35s with 700s and NXTs:
Hawkeye's green boat - sparse cabin
Lucky 7s - sparse cabin
The one that became Henry Motors - loaded
Merc X-haust project

My buddy owns the "Green Monster" which is the 35ft w/ 700's. It ran a touch over 100 the first day we went to pick it up. Made my 30ft Outlaw feel like it was standing still. Definitely a fun ride though! :evilb:

So, if Baja did this in 96, why didnt they ever have steps?
