Anyone know this boat??

Anyone know this boat or have any info on things to look at when looking for a 252 or 272.

What kind of boating do you do? 252=23' boat 272=25' boat

We enjoyed our 272. I would recommend it. Looks good if you can get it for a good price.

I will use it almost solely on the Ohio River, maybe a couple of trips to the lake, and an overnight trip or two per season. It will usually be just me, my wife, and daughter. I talked to the owner today and he said the boat is primarily used if fresh water, but a coulple of times a year he used it in salt water. Should that throw up red flags? I appreciate any and all info.

Where are you along the river?

I'm down in Evansville, but currently boatless. I have a wife that is telling me to buy one. I need to make a move before she changes her mind.

I'd be looking at a 272 over a 252, but only you can determine your budget and needs. 272 will have alot more room as well as a better ride. You wife probably will appreciate that part.
