29OL vs. 30OL

Not sure if this question has been asked before, but curious to know the difference between them. I have a couple friends with bajas; all they could say was price and 1 foot. So thought id ask the experts. Thanks in advance for the input.

29OL is a stringer boat.

30OL is a liner boat.

They are 2 completely different boats as far as design and layout.

Watch some of those early liner boats...:party-smiley-004:

Do a search about it.:drink:

Are you talking about a single-engine or dual-engine 29'?

Also, some the early 29's had stringer issues in the engine compartment as I recall.

I have a 29 and have had it for 6 or 7 years now. It is big enough to be a good ride and small enough to trailer around without too much trouble, most of the time.
It has been a very good boat for me.

Why does the 30 jump up in price so much? Is it a better/ faster hull?... Dollar wise, makes more sense to get a 29.

Mainly because they're newer. I think '04 was the last year for the 29.
