i just got a 25 outlaw put a new 502 crate eng. what is the best prop for this boat i have a 23 mirage it looks like it is a little small for it ,i am hitting the rev limter. should i go for a 25 mirage thanks mike

That is prob the right prop for the boat. Have a double "baja" cup put on it.

I run a labbed 23 M+ at 5100 rpm with a 502. What RPM is the rev limiter on these?

i had the prop done ,they put more cup and it is stlll going over 5200 i am going to try a 25 p mirage

I have 23" m + on my 342 with 502s. I bump the rev limiter too. Just bought 25s but haven't had a chance to try them yet.

Labbed 24p Bravo one plus a little pitch in the lab will probably work well. You may get an extra mile an hour or so with a 3 blade prop but the mid range, turning and acceleration of the 4 blade prop is much better. When Baja built the 25OL with the 502 and 1.5 ratio bravo drive they came with the 23 Mirage. Sounds like you have a strong crate motor, enjoy.

Sounds like the wrong prop. Your slip is too high, 20%+ especially for a 4 blade with the deep drive on the 24OL. Should run 66+ with a 23" 3 blade.

have a 25' with a 502... running a 23p m+ labbed by bblades it was dead on call them and let them do it. also have a 22p bravo 1 4 blade with some cup added and and hate the prop!

Expect to see 65-67MPH GPS

If his 502 is making 450 hp, he will probably need a bigger wheel than a 23.

Casey! Why do you hate the b1???

I have a 22 b1 repitched to 23 with cup and runs well, could use some more cup to get bow higher but gets boat up well??? Was worried that the lab bed 23 wouldn't help whole shot cause I don't like to "have" to use tabs to get up with load??

Try a rev 4 23p...its a smaller diam prop than the bravo..thats what im running on mine with the same hp...awsome prop

We preferred a 22 Bravo over the 23 Mirage on our 25. The 23 would break loose in rough water and would bit again until we came off plane.

With those numbers Bblades could maybe get you to 70.

Never seen a prop work get you 3MPH, 1.5 is more likely, still worth it though...

Yeah got a bit optimistic there, but still, if he could get 200 rpms it's not far from it.
