Default Procharger question

How much movement should I see when trying to move the belt tensioner with my hand? I tried to move it by hand and it did not really budge so I just want to know if its supposed to be like that or if it is malfunctioning. Thanks in advance.

You should be able to move to the first or second notch by hand. Do you have both sides of the tensioner loose meaning the coller nut on the front side and the bolt on the backside ?

No, they should be tight. I am just trying to figure out if my tensioner is putting too much pressure on my unit. When moving by hand it does not give much.

I can't move mine hardly at all after adjusted, I believe Procarger says to adjust between first an second notch, I run my belt pretty tight if not i get a little slipage.
