I thought I read he sold the boat but then took it back.......I also thought I read he was selling some of the stuff off that boat. I'm guessing what we see is what didn't sell and he's run into bigger problems. I too enjoyed his post and wish him the best. Real shame someone couldn't have taken that boat complete, they would have had many years in a virtually brand new boat.

Motors had superchargers on them. Left the stock intakes in the boat and the drives are there too.

He sold the boat, there was an issue the new owners weren't 100% comfortable with (oil leak I think) it went back to Mark. He parked it, sold the motors or at least sold the belt-driven air-cleaners, tried to or did sell the brand new SCX drives.
Indeed there is a ton of work in the boat, & Mark (Doc) is a hell of a guy. Times are tough. Burnout is a factor too. Sometimes you just get your fill of it & say f it. let em have it.

Docks 36 will remain at the top of my list of favorite custom Bajas ever, and Mark and Tommie will always be a part of this Baja family. Im sure he will check in from time to time as he has made alot of friends here over the years. He treated me and my friends to one of the best poker runs ever on Lake Erie and always had lots of laughs when he came to Bucyrus! Good luck Dock, you havent seen the last of me!
