Couple looking for 342 with genset
I know a couple people were looking for a 342 with a genset. (Mittens and Nick9671)
I stumbled across this.. http://knoxville.ebayclassifieds.com...sg=OUT_OF_AREA While it looks nice, you could buy about three turn of the century models for the price of this '08. :daz: |
It is a nice looking 342 though.

Nice boat but to much $$$$

Its hard for me to find a boat I want to go that much indebt for. not many out there with a genny.
A.O. Razor alot less than that! like 1/2 that. |
Here's one in our area that I feel is a good deal for the price.
I don't know if it's got a gen set but I do know that the owner's a boat mechanic 'cause he's worked on a buddy's boat. Never met him personally but heard good things from others. http://houston.craigslist.org/boa/2789824525.html See ya, Kelly |
This one does not have a gen set, but is a great boat.

Pete,
It would need AC, and Vacuflush at least, let alone genny... unless I am forgetting that it has one of those? feel free to Pm me, details. I am not against adding it but it must be cost effective. |

Have you thought about contacting XT to see what it would cost to have the "wants" added?
Pete I would also suggest that the installer be certified by both Mercury, and the genny manufacturer. There is a right way and many wrong ways to do this type of install, and the compliance/liability is not something we are willing to tackle at this time. I would start with a local marina that has a good reputation and insurance policy. XT |
I know installing a genny is to much. the others may be doable.
