36 Outlaw with Twin 500 EFI's
Any idea what a 36 Outlaw with twin 500 EFI's should run?
|
Irish's 302 with twin 500 efi's runs low 80's guessing a 36 Outlaw woulld be mid to high 70's
|
I know Will's 33 with 500's ran 78 stock. I would guess closer to low 70's for a 36 stock with no boxes or raised x. Dave had boxes and shorties on the 302.

There is a lot of slip. |
Have any of you owned a 36? How do they compare to a 33?

The 33 and 36 ride is pretty close. The cockpits are almost the same size too. What else would you like to know? |

What is a 2003 36 outlaw with 500 EFI's and no trailer worth? Less than 200 hours on boat.

There are still lots of affordable boats to be had in the resale market. Someone here picked one up within the past year in the high 40's but I have no idea of the condition and the hours. See ya, Kelly |

I'm no expert but I'd say 60k MAX in good condition.
NADA has a range of $62,700 - $70,070 just with the motor option checked. You have to use that as a guide and then look for comps. It's also depends on condtion, salt/fresh water use, colors and options. The only 2003 I know of has 110 hours on it and they are asking $89,000 which seems a little high to me. The 33 Outlaws seem like they are bringing more money than the 36 right now too. |

03' 36 w 500 EFI's Their asking price is "fantasy land" pricing @ 89k It's a nice clean low boat so I'd contemplate it @ 72 - 74K |
The 36's ride somewhat heavy, meaning they ride great in the ruff and takes a bit to get them jumping. Not a super exciting boat to drive, but frankly very easy to drive.
Compared to the 33, a livlier hull. Can jump easier, but also rides a little ruffer in bigger water. A great all around hull though. Many consider the 33 OL the best Baja hull ever built. The 36 has a much higher freeboard and taller cabin though if that matters. If you want mostly smooth with a taller cabin, the 36, if you want to "drive" teh baot a little more, and jump a litle more and don't mind a shorter cabin, the 33. Plus the 33 is much faster same power. |
