I guarantee redbud is looking forward to seeing the super boat this summer!!
I'll still say that our donzis will out run either one of his boats in the rough, he might beat us in smooth water but how often is it smooth at loto. They just simply aren't long enough or weigh enough to run any decent speed for any amount of time without breaking your boat or back! I'll also stick by my word of saying there are plenty of bajas licking there chops also! now with that being said, i'm guessing supre-douche doesnt have the driving skills, knowledge, or balls to run one like my fellow class 5 competition. i guess what i'm saying is, in the right hands a 750hp y2k will run with a twin engine boat with stock power in the ozarks...start talking outerlimits, big power, lake erie, etc...y2k wont cut it, but i think we agree thats common sense.:daz: |
I'm surprised more folks aren't expressing interest in the harbor hop idea. Oh well.
Geez, a guy shows up wanting to run the world, ya try to set it up, and all I hear are the peaceful sounds of crickets chirping.... *sigh* |
it sounds like fun, i would be in if it was closer. to far to trailer a 9k boat with a 1500 it would kill my truck if i even made it.

If we can make it down I'm in.

I'm down almost every weekend, usually out and about every harbor hop and poker run.
I rode in PBC's 29 outerlimits they had with the 600sci during the support our troops poker run, the boat is a machine for its size, it ran 103 in the shootout. It got pretty rough at the start in that little boat and a lot of boats slower than us were right there with us in the rough, only when it smoothed out a little were we able to pull on them. We were able to run 70-80 comfortably, which I was amazed at for a boat 29'long. Point being that superboat is probably pretty comparable(maybe I'm wrong). That 29's top speed is 100mph though not 80 like superboats. He will not be able to run that fast for very long in the wash machine we call home! My boat runs 75 all day, pretty much any water. He might beat me but he will beat himself and his boat up in the process, probably break a drive. |
Not taking anything away from the bOat I'm sure it's nice and runs great and is fun to drive. He needs to get some seat time in before calling every body out before he even knows how it runs or handles! IMO. But I'm all up for stirring the pot and a little trash talk, all in good fun!
