We didn't take on much water. Had the ex go up front when the hatch broke open, too bad I didn't lose her lol. Seriously had my doubts turning around. Going with them was better. Ahhh good times hahaha.

To me them are not great examples, you have some boat wakes and one or two big "waves"

and you used a 41 and a 50ft boat... lets see the video of a 30 footer running 87 mph in that... thats not rough water its a few boat wakes....

Sorry to correct you but LOTO does get seriously rough and there is no rhythm you can get into to go through it. Put 50 cruisers plowing the main channel (plus all the other boats) with the wakes bouncing off the rock walls back into the lake and it turns into a washing machine of 4-5'ers. If you haven't ran in it, you can't comprehend it.

Come run the Sandusky channel and whole western basin of Lake Erie... same wake issues plus real waves... washing machine, I have friends thta boat all over the country every single one says there is nothing like Lake Erie... everything from 20 foot boats to 46 Cig.... Eri will hand you a beatin on the average day.... way more then the LOTO videos I seen..

There is no doubt that LOTO can get rough at certain times. The washing machine effect is almost all the time for me. Being on the west side of Lake Michigan, 3' is a normal day, and it's always a washing machine. I get maybe 3 flat days a year if i'm lucky and then I have to deal with big cruiser wake as well.

But be honest are you saying that a Y2K is gonna run 87 in that kind of water?
