Removing back seat on 302
I have a 2001 Baja 302 I'm looking to remove the back seat to install a large sub box. My intentions are to locate the battery's to the engine compartment, as well as the battery switches. Was then going to eliminate the fresh water tank. At first I figured it was molded in like a lot of boats. Then I realized it came out. I noticed on the engine side there were three screws that looked like they needed to come. I noticed some inside the seat as well, but looked like they screwed in under the floor. So does the floor need to come out? And where are all the screws, or at least how many? Thanks a lot.

there are some on the sides that go into the gunwales ?? also probably no set amount just whatever they had in their hands at the time plus it should be caulked as well

I didn't notice any caulking in the joint which surprised me. As for # of screws... Ok you made me bust out laughing.
But thank you |
Well crap, guess there was another thread for the exact same thing.
