I picked her up with my hoist just a little for some pics this evening. Which was a hoot. anyways the first two are of the screen. trying to find out if it is aluminum or fiberglass... I've been asked. the remainder is showing the stuff the insurance company wrote on the boat and the remainder is whats missing. Its all the way down to the balsa. and some places even lower. the rear seat is really bad. The wood is gone. But its really neat. The corners and formed ends are plastic and the wood kept them stretched apart... I feel ok in replacing the wood and re-stapling the vinyl. The bolsters are perfect and the mechanism that makes them drop down and lock up is sooooo much better than the ones i have.
I have my work cut out for me...

When you tap, or knock on the windscreen does it sound like alum. or fiberglass? There was always allot of body putty around the sheet aluminum and the tube weld job that can spider crack like your photos show. You will know for sure when you pull it off the deck and get a look at the bottom side.

I just cut up a 88' Sunrunner 318 Classic and I have the title. What is protocal to report that the boat was distroyed? A dishonest person could go barrow money agaist a title like that. Do you call the state and tell them the registration number is no longer being used?
