Drain fitting assembly for 6.2
 

I took my boat out for the first time on Father's Day and it ran great, but I opened up the hatch to check the motor and there was tons of water in there. Come to find out the drain fitting assembly was broke. The line coming from the port side of the block had broke where the hose goes into the assembly. They quit making the kind that is on it..the quick latch system. Has anyone had to replace theirs? How do you get to it? It sits under the motor and kind of back, not sure how to get to the clamps. Also, I am thinking about putting a new bilge in....what's the best way to go about that too? I have attached a drawing of the part...it's part (9), the hose is part (10).
