Yes. There are 2 boats around me that have them and they perform really well. Badmonkey has them on his 26' scarab, and Mimickeymcclgn has them on his 240 sport.

Certainly needs more scrubbing, but it's clean enough to fill holes. Then it will get a final scrubbing and a lot of sanding.

Coming along fast. I have a 24 outlaw that started out as a project also. Believe it or not, I miss working on it. Used it all last summer with no issues. You might want to pull the tank while you have the middle floor section out to check the stringers and look for some wet coring. (you are probably fine, mine had a lot of wet coring) I also made new boxes in the bilge area and put another layer of mat on the floor and re-tabbed the floor. You can see my build thread here. http://www.offshoreonly.com/forums/r...w-project.html

Hey bronco. I doubt I will remove the tank. I know it's the right thing to do, but I have seen absolutley zero signs of moisture or rot. I will check out your thread.

Another good reason is too clean out all the sludge that might be under the tank. That way when or if you have enough water in the bilge to flow under the tank, it does not carry dirty, grimy water back into the bilge. I'm looking forward to seeing your progress.

Yeah I hear ya. I will have to pump the fuel out. I have had a couple unproductive days. I got all the dowels cut to fill the holes. I will take some pics tomorrow.

Got some work done on the bilge. I decided to get rid of the battery box and add some support stringers. Will have them glassed in tonight. Also fixed the void between the floor and the rear stringer. The floor and stringer had a 1/2" gap in them.
