Outlaw 24 Stern Jack

Anyone tried a Stern Jack on a 24 Outlaw?

Also wondering how Land & Sea was to deal with, particularly with there 10% speed increase or your money back offer?

Any feedback would be great!

I have a Stern Jack on a 272 boss and it didn't give me the 10% increase but more like 3-4 mph.

Thanks MillerLite88.

Any reliability issues? How about handling?

As far as reliability, it has been on for 5 years and I haven't had a problem. The handling is great. I have read on this board where some have handling issues with the 272 hull at high speeds but I have yet to ever see that. Now, is that because of the stern jack? I don't know but it could be that the jack gets the boat up out of the water to overcome the bad handling characteristics that some mention.

Never heard of any Stern Jack applications on 24's, but I have heard horror stories about toying with the hual on a 24 Outlaw. Ask around before you leap on this one. Not sure how fast you are running, but this hual can get a little spooky over 70, especially if modified.
