1996 Baja 302/OS VS. '96 32 Outlaw/OS Differences?
What is the difference other than the OUtlaw is 32' long vs. 30' for the 302, outlaw 8'-4" wide, 302 8'-6" wide and the 302 is 500 lbs. lighter dry? They both look to be powered by FI 454 Mags. Outlaw is nearly $12k more expensive per NADA. Thoughts?
Thanks |
Off the top of my head
1: Huge difference is the 302's swim deck sucks BALLS!, That engineer = :angry-smiley-038::bong::gfight: 2: 302 has glass wrap around windshield vs fiberglass and wind screen 3: 32 ol is 2 foot longer (4 foot longer if your Name is Reggy ):party-smiley-004: 4: 32 OL has a larger cockpit |
The 32 Outlaw is at least 4 feet bigger. It is 32' + 2' of bolt on swim platform. A lot more boat and will ride much better.

you can get either a windshield or windscreen (white) on a 302. If you have a windshield and looking for a windscreen...good luck. Windscreen does make it a bit more difficult to get on the bow but looks much better IMO. Also, extended swim platform is a must on a 302. Many of the 2001 and up 302's have them but do not see many on older 302's. Again...if it doesnt have it on it....good luck finding one as it is pretty much impossible. I have a 03' 302 with wind screen, extended swim platform and HP500 EFI's...really like the boat and lots of room for its size and yet manageable to tow, store and access smaller lakes. good luck.

Sloped, and tiny. You and your guests will fall off.

Puzzle boy is correct plus you will end up right on drives and prop. Extended platform is a must for a 302 IMO. Gives you plenty room and safe to get in and off boat.
