YOu can average them, but what I do is just float down river for about 50 yards and see what the gps reads. The Ohio river will run between about 0.5 and 3 mph, depending on the depth, etc.....Then add that to the up river run. or subtract it from the down river run accordingly

Also, note any changes in RPM's and maybe try a run with the hatch cracked open. SHould get you about 75-100 rpm increase. I don't care what others say, I've done this 200 times on my ride and it works.

By the way guys, I ran a few speed runs myself about a month ago and actually slowed DOWN when I removed my K&N Arrestor and ran with an open carb. I was pretty pleased by that. Slowed down about 0.5-0.7 mph. Obviously, it went right the hell back on:D

Mark, we are thinking of Saturday, Jan. 11th for a visit to the AT Factory. We will be heading down earlier that week to visit my inlaws in Fort Myers. Then, to the factory and then the Keys for a week.
