sad day yesterday.
 

i miss living in Socal but I love living and boating on the Chesapeake Bay. Only thing living near the bay is winterizing SUCKS.. I changed all the fluids and drain the blocks and ran pink antifreezes, then put on the winter cover.. now the count down till spring time..

I winterized my boat and ski last weekend. Was a sad day that's for sure. I would love to be able to boat year around but winter gives me time to recoup my bank account and liver so it kinda works out. Snow skiing with my son is a big plus too. It's the only real one on one time we have together and really enjoy it.

very true on the recoup of the account and liver lol.. as for the snow, i'll stay away from that comment lol

Where you at nordy? I'm on the bay. Still a few good weeks of boating left on the Baja before it's just fishing. Going to ve out this weekend and next week for sure!

We were at the bay once this year, but got around to many other lakes which was a lot of fun. We winterized our boat two weeks ago. Our garage build starts next week, so she will have a nice dry place to sleep for the winter!

Was a sad day down here in central TX last weekend, clear sunny skies, 86 degrees, and the best I could do is back her down and start her at the ramp. Didnt get her off the trailer. No docks on the lake near me, the wife didnt join, so didnt have my driver.... Was sad to watch the boatable day go by....

I winterize mine by just backing it into my barn. I do drain the water out of the engine and headers. I also pump the fuel out of the tanks.

Been in the mid 60* here with high 30*s to mid 40* at night.
We even hit 70's a couple of days last week.
