Boss h2x 454mpi owners?
 

Just picked up a '99 very clean boss h2x 24 footer. My first baja and closed bow boat.. have owned a 27' checkmate mcob and 3 caravelle interceptors with various engines so have no basis to compare to current set-up.. barely getting over 4K @ wot trimmed out with a 23p 3 blade mirage plus with a significant bow bounce and maybe hit 55 on GPS 1 time. put a 21p 4 blade on and helped carry bow but maybe only 4100 RPMS if tach is accurate. 371hrs on meter! I understand I could drop prop and gain Rpms to get in range but wouldn't either of those already tried props be ideal already? Want to know what to expect before I dive into compression checks, fuel pressure, timing, coil, etc... would love to here from someone with same set-up.. I thought this should hit 60 in a chop in the 42-4600 range.. thx
