Default 33 outlaw 98’ to 08’ New XT interior skins added.

If you have watched my threads, I have several as I have slowly transformed my 98’ Outlaw into an 08’

I will spare you the build thread and to the before and afters along the way.
First pic with date stamp was when i picked her up in Va and drug back to New Orleans. (Actually just outside of in Slidell, La)

Then, I started updating the interior....

Updated dash, made new panel and added GPS, had to move fuel gauge down by steering wheel. A lot easier to read now.
Read up on vinyl paint, tried to cover the lt green one season with black and worked well. Ended up painting the rest and changed scheme. Changed to red only after I wrapped boat!

Was going to change only the colors of the current graphic but ended up wrapping! I started with the XXX graphic but deleted the line to the front b/c my graphics guy mentioned it would waste a lot of vinyl. So I had him just enlarge the X’s.
Stock then actual

Default FINALLY just installed my new Skins from XT!!

Stole some ideas from others, added embroidery and colors on previous stock white gunnels and sides of headrests. Added some speakers higher so I can hear them! XT took the 08” patterns and made new patterns for my 98’.
Came out great!! I had to rebuild every piece except the bolster seat bottoms as they had glassed 95% of it from factory.

Had rebuilt my hatch a couple years ago as the hinges started to fail.

Done! Just over 4,000 staples and 2.5 sheets of marine tech wood. (Kiln dried marine wood, I glassed over all the areas the previously rotten and wrapped everything with silk film.

I have 12’ 454 mag mpis with about 80hours. Actually, they are running better than when I got her. Borrowed a scan tool this summer chasing another problem and found several codes including knock sensors on both motors. Cleared and changed a few parts (map, tps, knock sensors, etc) and she is running great!! Actually have to relab to get a better cruise with lower rpm.

Best she ran this summer was 90 degrees, flat water in ICW, just over 5k and 66.3 w/full fuel, gear, 3 ppl and apparently a foam soaked hatch.
