Double Beep Alarm
 

I have an alarm that beeps every minute - beep beep. What is that for? Baja Outlaw 26 feet thanks

its a sensor warning fauilt. Keep driving it around and you can run the risk of buying a new ECM / PCM computer for your engine. I know cause I repair ECM's / PCM s. Not uncommon to knock out a driver or H - bridged in the computer among other ECM components internally.

One is you never mentioned what engine and year model and is 100 percent totally stock app ? Engine serial number as well

YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE THE ENGINE SCANNED and by someone thats knows how to read the scan regardless.

The beep is akin to the check engine light on your car. You must have it scanned (with a code reader) or the like.

Most all my vehicle customers call the Check Engine Light the 'Gas Cap Light.'

Kind of weird since 10-15yrs ago everone called it the 'Oxygen Sensor light'

I thought many 15 year old autos check engines lites currently are PO430 codes - Catalyst system efficiency below threshold ? Or a form of O 2 fault codes ? Thats what alot of auto guys tell me the rash of check engine lites as of late

Yes Gas cap is another common on to.

Those too. People in general don't understand this stuff much, so that is what the trend in calling them is.

We get bad car rot up here, so Evap (all the 'gas cap codes' :) ) is the most common all cars/vehicles combined.
