Anyone know this Baja?
http://www.carolinasperformance.com/ALL%20PREOWNED.htm
Anyone know this Baja for sale at Carolinas Performance? It says it's a 32', but isn't it really a 302? This is exactly what I'm looking to upgrade too and it's priced right. Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thanks dudes! |
I don't know the boat. However I think it has been there a while. Looks like one I saw there several months ago.
I have personally not bought anything from Britt Springs, but I have six friends that have purchased boats from him. I can tell you that he really takes very good care of his new Fountain buyers. I have been blown away at the level of service he gives. He has always treated me very well, and helped me out with a service issue once. He went out of his way, but was also hoping I would turn into a Fountain customer. I would call Britt and ask him any and all questions you have about the boat. It was probably a trade on a Fountain if I had to bet. Britt is a salesman, but I think he will shoot straight with you. Good Luck Mark Terry |
It actually looks like the 322 that has been discontinued.

I also thought it was a 322 when I saw the pics.

:) :) :)
That definitely is the 322    |
Well it is not a 302.
looks like the old mid 90's 320 |
Yep,,,Its the 322, you can tell by the sharp corners on the transom

The boat is a 1997 322 Baja with the Boss option paint but not a a real Boss built boat. Good indication of a Boss in that year would be colored bezels around the factory guages. Looks like a great boat for sure.

as everyone is saying, it's a 322,
a friend of mine had a 93' 320, which is basically the same boat, from what i remember, engine access was sh-tty, and it was one of the most "ill handling" things i've ever driven, the thing would "fall" off the large bottom pad, heeling on one side, or another, turning the props"outside" helped alot, but it still was a "squirrely"ride, this boat had 415's and no external steering. i believe they reduced pad size on later models, that might help. with procharged 385's, make shure it has full external steering. the good stuff: mcleod bolsters, nice "downstairs", nice lines. if you want handling, get a 32 flat deck my .02 jt |
There is quite a difference in the ride of a 32 flat deck and the 32 sport cruiser style. The flat deck (Outlaw, Caliber, Magnums, etc) all put a lot more hull in the water.
Side note. I'm a little afraid of someone who is sell a BAHA as a go-fast boat. |
