Where is a good place to stay on Lake Travis? Somewhere close to all the poker run action. I need to be able to launch my boat, store my trailer and rent a slip for the night at this place.

Lakeway, put in at Mansfeild dam and leave your truck and trailer there, and go to lakeway by boat, take your lugage in your boat, and rent a slip there

I gave just lookn a ride back to the hotel from C and L's last year Scott left him there and he was tore up

Do you sleep in your boat? Will they let you rent a slip without staying in the Hotel?

they will rent a slip for around 30 bux , which you have to pay even if you stay in the hotel
