Me and the hookers ;) :D

Dock Holiday 03-01-2003 07:04 PM

That is the kind of test pictures I like!

VERY NICE.

With those scoops, you need real blowers, not just the hooker type!

:D :D :D :D :D

Big E 03-01-2003 10:14 PM

Very, Very, Very (three Very's) nice boat!!! Hooker-type blowers work very well.

Big E 03-01-2003 10:19 PM

JT29 - I just noticed you replaced the ugly side stock vents with much nicer ones. Those look nice, how did you do that? Eric

JaayTeee 03-02-2003 02:51 PM

Doc,
These types of "blowers" hate
the scoops, my original
back hatch is in the upolstery shop
getting repaired;)
The type of "blowers" your talking about,
can't tie lines, and fetch you drinks, as well
as a few other things I need not mention :D:D

Eric,
I made those out of 3/16" plastic,
1/4" screen, and bonded them on
with 5200 fast cure.
The whole process was kind of a PITA,
but it does look better.

JT,

You have a great looking boat. Glad Eric pointed out the vents. That was a good idea.

As for the blowers, I really don't know which is better. Both are high maintenance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Take care
Mark

JT 29 500'S & The ole flying Eagle

LOOKS GREAT , AH The ole Bayliner:D that was a kick ass boat, it was always wide open, hey JT, what was the top speed on The flying Eagle.

it seemed fast back then.

The Team Baja looks great.

Looks like you have your own Team on Board.:D

Darin, that old bayliner would run
in the low 60's

I sold it to a friend, he put a
415 hp 406" s/b in it, it
ran close to 80 on the right water.

He soon found out that just because
you can put alot of power in a boat,
doesn't mean you can always use it.

So he went out and got an old 250 es
baja.
