Help Organizing a Poker Run
 

We're organizing a Baja poker run on Winnipesaukee this summer. It will be tied in to Baja (may be bringing the pace boat) and TBM.

Does anyone have any experience organizing one? This is our first and if any one can point us to some good info on how to put it together, we'd be appreciative.

I contacted APRA, but you need to join ($1,500) to get their manual. Since this is the first, we're trying to do it as cheaply as possible.

My only concern so far is liability, but it looks like most entry forms have some pretty good clauses on it.
