Im pretty sure this thread will get poofed, but does anyone think its time to bring back BLAKE from ?

It's a great site dedicated to Baja's.

Anyway, in a nutshell, One day shortly after OSO implimented the new policy on advertising, classifieds, etc. where you must pay to advertise, Blake was nabbed and booted for mentioning his website once or twice.

Since then, I guess you could say there's been some bad blood.

I like both sites very much and visit both regularly.

IMO its best just to leave it alone.

I like Blake and what he's done so I go play on his site too.

Thanks, couldnt have said it better. He's just a regular BAJA nutcase like the rest of us, and I think it would be cool to see him drop in regularly. Ive seen worse things happen over here, not to mention the hardcore bashing the other day on the general discussion board (that got poofed!)

It is amazing how serious this stuff gets, it's a hobby we all love.
We are not curing Cancer here. Bring him back and move on. I think some people forgot this is a fun site we should all use to share info and learn. Banned from a boating message board, sounds silly to me.

Why do you think he would want to go back to OSO? I think the situation inspired him to make TBM the best place to talk Baja and he is doing a great job.

I'm member #11 on that site. Have not been there in a while. Cannot remember my log in or my password. Sent blake a message asking for help. I'm pretty sure my log in is Waterfoul, but no idea what my password was!!!

I thought you were on there...I've seen the 'Foul on TBM in the Member's Rides section. I'm sure he'll get back to you. The site's undergone some major changes and is looking great. Stop by. :)

It's a hobby to some and a buisness to others, a big buisness at that. And anytime there is money involved...well we all know how that ends.

I like the fact that Blakes taking TBM to the next step. I know I will be spending more time there after the improvements.

What leads you to believe that he wants to come back here?
He has his own thing going now. I don't think I would be back if I were him?

For the record he was never booted. He was asked not to spam and and he apologized. Since we did not get his e-mail for several days he then told us to stick it for not responding quick enough. Based on his postings on his site and the some e-mails to us, I find it hard to believe he will return.

I'm glad someone set the record straight, I remember when all that happened and I played metiator for a while, and Blake did'nt even try to come back, no offense to Blake

We wish Blake and his website the best of luck. Perhaps he recalls a different sequence of events than we do.
