Graphic's on a 1993 Baja?? Gel or Paint?
 

I'm looking at a 1993 38 Baja with awful Graphics so if I end up with it I'll have to change them. So in 1993 were the graphic's in the gel coat or painted on??

Never met a Baja with painted graphics. I'm pretty postive the 93' of that size is Gel.

The 93 38 graphics is in the gel coat.

gel or paint, with a 93 you would need to repaint anyway. Removing the paint leaves raised areas where the gel has been chalked and buffed away.

My last boat had the name "mutilator" painted on the sides. I sanded, wet sanded, buffed almost every year before I gave up and painted!

Like everyone has said, the graphics are in the Gel. I'm debating whether to paint mine now as well.
