I don't know about where to get the mercruiser ones, but these are much better:

http://www.mercurydockstore.com/cgi-...es/search.html

I've got 'em on the truck and boat.

I think the Mercury ones look good and I've seen them at the link above but wouldn't "Mercury Racing" imply outboard only whereas "MerCruiser Racing" would represent the I/O crowd? I don't know for sure.

Nope...Mercury Racing is the division where the high-performance blue motors come from(as well as the outboards).

Mercruiser is everything else under the sun, from the 3.0L 4 cyl alpha to the 496 Mag HO.

I don't think that sticker in your pic says mercruiser racing, just Mercruiser.

Yep - you are correct and I actually should have known that but I think I've having brain farts today.

Ive got a couple Mercury stickers laying around somewhere. They look cool, and have a 4 blade prop on them!

Yeah - they're the days where they actually expect you to perform work while you're at work.

Hey TEAMBAJA - if you ever get a chance, throw some pics up. It's always good to get ideas.

Hey 29 outlaw you still plan on keeping your boat or are you going to step up?

My plan is to stay as-is for 2 more seasons then get out of boating all together. My body's getting too old and worn out to be messing around with a boat. Might look at getting a Dodge Viper or some other cool car. A car can be used year-round and doesn't require an hour of prep prior to using it and 2 hours of clean-up after using it.

If someone wanted to buy my boat now I would be compelled to sell it (a bird in the hand....), but I would really like 2 more seasons. After that, I should have it out of my system.

Hey Bobby,

Didn't Mark have MerCruiser decals like that on his Sonic? I wonder where he got them?

BobbyB 12-04-2003 12:44 PM

John,
I think mark had Mardy Millen make them up for him. But mardy closed his shop up. But i could check and see if he still has them on his computer.
