Number 2 and 3 are possibilities but they are not correct. Its not anything big, but I believe you will like it. Just hang on and be patient.

The grading has been completed and I talked with the building people last week and they will install it on January 5. They are closed for a week because of Christmas, so they put me the first install after the new year.
