How many of you are still checking in?

It seems like the baja section has been slow, but then again we cant talk about the nice weekend we just took the boat in:rolleyes:

I need a winter hobby, and we dont have snow.

Hang in there only a few more months, and it will be time too go again. Last night 26 degrees here. Not very good boating weather.

Picked up the boat last week end. Should be picking us the engines over the holidays:)

I always check the BAJA section first on OSO before the general discussion.
So, I am always here.
As far as my girl goes.......
We replaced the coil and she started enough to winterize her and she remains in the Gordon Marine garage and his AT remains in the Lake Storage building.
We need to change them out but with all of the weather around here we would rather not move them until the roads are clear of sand and salt.
We will not know if the coil was the ticket until we can run her in the spring.
I have a ton on the list I wanted to do this winter but it all has been put on hold for now.

I stored my boat in the girlfriends garage. She has 2 huge dobermans that come in and out of the garage. My boat is so dusty its almost unbelievable, and I left the friggin cover off! :crazy:

Teambaja...I'm thinking it might be time to throw a heater in the garage and clean her back up. A little quality time with the boat...although it might backfire and you'll just get upset that it isn't summer yet. 5 more months...you can do it. Or - take up snowmobiling. There's fun to be had in the winter too! Of course, I discovered I'm a little too out of shape and could barely walk Sunday and Monday. Friggin wimp. :(

I actually stopped at the local honda place and looked at them. they look like a blast. I wish i had more room to ride one. A friend of mine got one, dont know what kind, but he claims he sees 60 on a gps. :eek:

I thought about going out. it was in the 70's here. I tried to get heather to go out on the jet ski, she said it was too cold :rolleyes:

My first go fast ride was on a 265 13 years ago. I got to drive it later that year. I was hooked.

The guy who did my dash still owns it and looks great. (He painted the sides the original color). It has a single 454 with an alpha:(

Once his kids (who are my age) stopped driving it he never had to replace another drive.

The Twin small blocks version must fly.

I try to get here weekly, but with the new board up and going and business picking up, it is hard to check in so much. I try to keep up though....

I think a lot of us are over on Putz's board. I think of all the boards Im on, Allans is the only one I didnt get a email saying happy holidays from.

Mine is still broken. Under a big tarp in the back yard.

I may take the jet ski to the lake tommorrow. Getting the wet suit out now

I'm here just about every day, minus last week.

The weather here has been awesome, high right at about 80 for the last 2 weeks. Made for some great boating days after christmas. :D

I had a 4 day weekend, and it was nice a couple of days. I ALMOST took the boat out, but didnt want to re-winterize. I should have :(

I check in periodically and see what is happening. Just staying silent cuz I've not been doing any boating:( , naturally because of the weather. However, I have recently bought four atv's:D and I've been hanging out on other boards. Great way to compliment the boating. Even bumped into a fellow OSO'er who has a Baja on an atv site!

Lurking... been in the 50's a couple of weekends here in No. Cal., but I don't want to take the new boat out until spring when all of the crap floating in the water makes it way to shore (I boat the Delta, a large river system).

nomo--im about to take mine out. its been in the 60's and 70's here.

the boat show is this weekend in austin. ill try and get some pics. its not a great show by any means, but ill take what i can get :rolleyes:
