Looking to trade my 29 Outlaw for a 252 or 272 Islander

OK, last year I gave it some thought but the right boat did not come along. I really want a 252 or 272 Islander. I am looking for 1999 or newer, at least a 454 mag, and under 200 hrs.

Mine is a 2000 29 Outlaw 454 mags, SST, 90 hrs, hydraulic steering, fresh water flush, 12 disc cd, 2 amps, 2 6x9s, 4
6 1/2s, 12" sub, transom shower, triple trailer, brake flush, new tires, fresh trailer service, cockpit cover, full cover, custom full stainless 4 post bimini with snap in mounts, and more.

I am going to have some spring service work done. Both thermostats, waterpumps, oil changes, and a detail will be done. I am on the road until SAT when I can post some PICS. The colors are white, dark blue, light blue, and yellow. Graphics are paintball.

If your intrested post PICS and PM me. I am flexible with the details, but I want the 252 or 272 Islander.

Thanks,
Carl

Hey Carl, I just saw you're in So. Cal. Where?? And again, no offense to anyone that owns a 252 or 272, nice boats, but I think we'd all agree a 29 outlaw is better. Unless of course theres family issues. So why would you want to down size?

Tank,

I'm in Wildomar, near Murrieta. I have 2 kids 4 & 5 that are really into boating now, and the bigger Islanders would be perfect for us on Havasu, Mohave, and Mead. Most of our friends have little ones so the Outlaw just doesn't have enough seating. I have had a 232 Isl, 25 Outlaw, and the 29. The Islander would fit us better right now. How's your new boat working out?

Liquid, I will PM you.

I will post PICS when I get back in town. I posted some last year, I don't know if they can be located via a user search or not. I used to have a bunch on my laptop, until a virus got my hard drive.

That's what I figured. The islander is a good family boat with more room for sure. I don't think you should have any problem selling your OL. That thing is NICE! Put it up for sale now though, it's the perfect time.

My new boat is working out killer. If the new trailer gets built in time I'll take delivery in Havasu on March 19th. Cant wait! :drink:

The Baja and SST decals are on the boat. I took them off for awhile but decided I liked them on better, so I got new ones when I was at the factory.
