We hear that Mercury is showing a new 400 HP outboard at the Miami show this weekend.

That is 800 HP.....the same that I had back in the 70's with my 24 race boat with sterndrives.

It can handle it.....the outboards would probably run better.

Do you guys offer a CC version ?

I just called Mercury Marine and "Bety" told me that they do not have a 400 HP only a 4 stroke 350 as the largest outboard available. But If you see one at the boat show or konw of anyone that has it please let me know because I have a 2008 Banana that needs a motor..... would love to have 400 horses.....

Right now you can get the 30 center console.....that is a 28 with a 2 foot swim platform and bracket.
