What does a 39 Banana look like??

We have been asked this question many times, and finally we have an answer for you with pictures.

As you know, when I decided to reopen the business with my son, I looked around for some Don Aronow design molds in the larger sizes. My good friend Bobby Saccenti, who was running Apache at that time, agreed to sell me the new 39 foot Apache mold he had just completed and we were off.

There were only a couple of boats made out of it and over the weekend, my son and spotted one and took some photos of it.

What do you think??

Charlie,

I have to be honest..I don't like the look of that design there..

I honestly think it would look alot nicer in my backyard..I will provide transportation...

Great looking design..Hope all is well..

Joe what you don't realize....I agree with you, now just send that deposit check.

My son and I have decided to take a new approach to the business. We are going to look at providing just hulls and decks, to those people that have their own power or would like just a bare bones boat that would go very fast without the burden of carrying all of the weight of the kitchen sinks and air conditioning that they never use.

We will be re-pricing over the next few weeks and should have more info soon.

Deposit check? Hmmmmm

I'm old school.. Briefcase on the way...

Anyways, you will definitely do good with that design.. Great luck.. Maybe I can get my hands on one sooner or later..

Bathroom, shower, air conditioned, flat screens, mood lighting, massage sofas, and anything else you could possible think of.........

OR,

Bare hull and deck with twin staggered big blocks on # 6 drives and a 6 pack bolster setup.

These Aronow/Apache designs, are famous for their ability to handle any water you can find.

You make the choice.....the building is easy !!!!

We are going back to our roots folks..........as there is so much interest in the re-starting of real ocean racing again, we are working very hard right now to come up with bare hull and deck race boat pricing for this boat.

Just like the old days of buying a 36 foot or 35 foot Cigarette race boat from the factory, you could buy the hull and deck and either rig it yourself or give it to Bobby Moore or one of the other top rigging houses and they would complete it for you.

I just feel that there are a lot of used or repod boat deals out there with some nice engine and drive packages, that someone could take and convert that power into a race boat with our hull and deck. You don't need 1,000 HP motors to win in this kind of racing.

We are also working on a 33 footer for pricing the same way for outboards. Nice and simple and easy to rig. You can't win these races if you don't finish...these boats will finish.

Please don't go and buy anything until we come up with the numbers.
