I am guessing that is "not" one of charlies..someone please chime in..what is going on with the sides is that a rectangular window and huge lights??

that boat was at port edgewood for a long time. the older Banana's had those lights in front.. It was built at Port Edgewood Cranston....

so is that a good or bad built one??
