Banana Man
 

I was just down at the boatyard and i saw a 24' banana with 'banana man' on the side.

It was setup for outboards, im wondering if anyone here knows who owns it or if it is for sale?

last I heard (which is going back about 5-6 yrs now) was that boat was owned by the original owner still - Steve Ruell. I may have a contact address for him if you need it....

Ya wanna run thru the keys on the 16'th? Got the bolsters in, it is kinda tight, may have to redo some other stuff eventually. Ray is probably bringing the cat also.

Seems like every banana has a slightly ' fruity ' name ... banana man, gone bananas.... maybe banana hammock? ? There's one for sale in taunton, no title and pretty far gone. Been sitting on car tires for a while. Good luck.

Its an IO boat with 454, all white, with a high glass windshield

yes this was an early one (#7 I think?) - my dad built it for a good friend who lived at the end of Seaview Ave in RI. After the owner passed, the two sons kept it for years and repowered with 454 & bravo. Don't know who owns it now...

Too bad i saw that boat for sale, was about 4 months ago and i didnt have the money at the time.

If you have any ideas i would love to find it and buy it.
