What exactly does the boat need? I seem to remember it needs some fiberglass work? I agree, why not leave it outboard and run it as-is?

I'm going to help George move this boat, I already have to many projects to take this one on full time, but I am going to tinker with it and fix small things on the boat while listing it for sale. Both engines can be fully operational in a couple hours with parts we already have and if no one picks it up will be the first thing I attack. As far as glass work it's not that bad and mostly cosmetic. I have a guy that does all my cosmetic work for a very reasonable price. I'd venture to say he could fix up the splash well for under $500
