Insurance company owns the boat. As I understand it he has first right of refusal.

My post was done to make people aware of the fact that the insurance companies follow up on boat thefts and to spread some positive news for a change.I can not divulge any more info as there are many people involved in this theft and all the arrests have not been made yet.I think this is the only serious post I ever made on OSO and I'm getting abused.I will revert to my old self ASAP.

What I meant was... I don't think it was Sy's intent to cause anyone 6 pages of distress :D . Rather, he was letting us know about something that was kind of cool - a stolen boat was found (and that he'd let us know more when he could release details).

Anyway... It was my futile attempt at a humerous reply! Hope you weren't offended.

It's amazing Sy, 116 posts on this particular boat being recovered mostly all wanting to know the story.

The Spectre that was stolen in January and recovered along with a Superboat at the end of the same month didn't get this much attention... :confused:
I wish we knew more about those boats as well...

But my guess is, all of them are still under investigation, therefore nothing can be said without compromising the investigation...

We just need to be patient. In time all will be released.
