Now the defense only has to put up a reasonable doubt to secure a "not guilty" verdict.
Soooooo hypothetically Cheney could have hired Jeff to get the boat for Sunkin's covert operation in Panama. After Sunkin was done with the boat he simply made it vanish like his other offshore boats! Could be a viable defense!
